Ranco Trailers
New 3 Year Warranty
Ranco Trailers, also known as Ranch Manufacturing Company, (hereinafter called The Company) warrants each new trailer product, manufactured by it, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal legal use and service, with loads not exceeding the vehicle manufacturers rated capacity, for a period of 12 months after delivery to the original purchaser or lessor.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
This warranty shall not apply to:
- Components manufactured by persons other than The Company, such as cylinders, valves, suspensions, axles, bearings, tires, tarps, etc. These components are covered by the warranty of the respective manufacturer.
- Any unit which shall have been subjected to misuse, negligence, alteration or accident or which shall have been repaired by anyone other than The Company or its authorized distributor in any way so as, in the judgment of The Company, to adversely affect its performance or reliability.
- Normal maintenance services.
PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES
The Company's sole obligation under this warranty will be to repair or replace, at its option, any warranted unit or part as described above which shall be returned to The Company's factory or authorized service distributor and which, upon examination, shall disclose same to be defective. Freight or other transportation costs to and from the factory or authorized service distributor must be paid by the purchaser. The Company will not assume any charges for repairs made by anyone other than The Company or its authorized service distributor.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES
The Company shall in no event be held liable for consequential damages or delays caused by defective material and no allowance will be made for repairs or alterations unless made by its written consent.
The Company makes NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Company neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability other than described herein.
